We appreciate your business at instads.agency. This policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds for our digital services.
1. Cancellation Policy
Due to the automated and immediate nature of our services, we do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed. The service delivery process begins as soon as the payment is successfully processed. Please review your order carefully before you confirm your purchase. Placing an order with a wrong link or a private account will not qualify for a refund.
2. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for purchased services. Once a service request is placed and payment is made, you will not be eligible for a refund.
The sole exception to this policy is in the event that we are unable to fulfill your service request within 30 (thirty) days from the date of your purchase.
Client Responsibility and Refund Ineligibility
The successful delivery of our services is critically dependent on the accuracy of the information you provide. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure all details are correct at the time of placing an order. Instads.agency will not be held liable for, and no refunds will be issued for, any service failures resulting from client-side errors. Such orders will be considered fulfilled. These errors include, but are not limited to:
Providing an incorrect or incomplete URL for a social media profile or post.
Placing an order on an account, profile, or post that is set to private, has age or country restrictions, or is otherwise inaccessible.
Changing the account username or making the account private after an order has been placed.
Deleting or archiving the target post or profile after an order has been placed.
Providing a link for the wrong social media platform (e.g., submitting an Instagram URL for a Facebook service).
Running simultaneous promotional campaigns from other providers that interfere with or prevent the accurate tracking of our service’s results.
All refund requests are subject to a thorough review. Instads.agency reserves the full right to make the final decision on all refund requests at its sole discretion. By placing an order with us, you agree that our decision regarding any refund request is final and binding, and you agree not to dispute it.
3. Eligibility for a Refund
A refund will only be processed under the following condition:
We have failed to deliver the service you ordered within the 30-day fulfillment period.
A refund will NOT be issued if:
You are dissatisfied with the service.
You entered an incorrect username or link.
Your social media account is set to private, preventing service delivery.
There is a drop in the number of followers or likes after delivery.
Your account is suspended or content is removed by the social media platform.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on our non-fulfillment within 30 days, please contact our support team with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue. We will investigate the matter and, if your claim is verified, process a full refund to your original method of payment.
